On March 29, 2008 at 13:40, Dept 5 was notified from O.E.S. for a MVA with entrapment at the cross streets of Grieser Rd and Rt 285. Dept 5's crew answered the call and responded Engine 5-1 with a full crew. Arriving units on the scene found 2 cars moderate damage with 1 patient pinned. Dulaney took command and the boys went to work, per the (31) Medic on the scene requested Stat for the helicopter and with 5-20 (Steele) taking LZ command the Engine crew from 5-3 secured the LZ and flew 1 patient. Units were on the scene just over an hour before returning in service.
