On April 6,2008 at 12:48 hrs, Dept 5 was dispatched to assist the borough (7) with an M.V.A. at 11485 Iroquois Rd. Upon Engine 5-1's arrival found one vehicle with minor damage that sheared off a gas meter and came to rest up against a two story multi-family dwelling apartment building. 5 and 7's crew evacuated the surrounding structures and secured the utilities. Crews were on scene for about an hour before returning in service.
